For any country in America you will have a charge of 10 pounds

For any country in Canada you will have a charge of 10 pounds

For any country in South America you will have charge of 10 pounds

For any country in Africa you will have a charge of 10 pounds

Return on Vintage and sales items

Since 1993 care to ensure our website descriptions, measurements and photographs are true to the actual product. We do not accept returns on vintage & sale items.

All vintage and sale items are final sale. Neither are eligible for store credit or refund. Any vintage or sale items sent back to us are considered gifts and will not be refunded.

We accept returns on SINCE 1993 Originale Creation

If you are extremely unhappy with your piece, we will issue store credit on the item minus it's applicable taxes + original shipping fee. 

We do not offer cash back refunds, only store credit.

The item must be returned to us in its original condition (unworn, unaltered) within 15 days from the date of delivery.

 Please include a note inside the package with the following:

- first and last name the order was made under

- order number + email address (we will send your store credit to this email)

- date of purchase

- reason for return

- your email address (where your store credit voucher will be sent to)

Missing and lost Package

Due to the nature of our business , we cannot be held accountable for any missing and/or lost international or domestic packages. Once a package leaves our hands, we no longer have any power over the shipment process. Very rarely does the US postal service lose our packages, but it does happen once on a blue moon. It is extremely, extremely unfortunate and very frustrating, and we would recommend you contact your local post office with the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email for reference, to inquire of its status if it has surpassed 20 business days.
